Your Xumo device may be covered under warranty or by the company that provided the device to you. We suggest checking to see if your device is covered under warranty prior to purchasing replacement parts.

 

 

Ordering replacement parts for Xumo Stream Box

Other than entirely new replacement devices, we stock replacement remotes and power supplies. Explore how to purchase replacements directly from Xumo:

 

Remote control

The replacement remote we sell here works with all Xumo devices. The four app shortcut buttons may differ from the buttons on your original remote.

 

Power supplies

Please check your Xumo Stream Box model number to confirm you are ordering a compatible power supply for your device. To check your model number:

  • Flip over your device to check your serial number. If your serial number starts with “XI1”, you have an XiOne model. If your serial number starts with “ES1”, you have an ES1 model.
  • Navigate to the Settings menu on your device to check your serial number. If your serial number starts with “XI1”, you have an XiOne model. If your serial number starts with “ES1”, you have an ES1 model.
  • Look at the back of your device. If the power input is a round barrel connection, you have an XiOne model. If the power input is a rounded rectangular USB-C connection, you have an ES1 model.
