You can update your account and billing information by signing into your Xumo account and going to the Account tab.
How do I change the email address for my Xumo account?
To update the email address for your Xumo account:
- Sign in to your Xumo account.
- Under Account information, select Edit next to your current Email.
- Enter the new email address you’d like to use for your Xumo account.
- A verification email will be sent with a 6-digit code (If it’s not in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder).
- Enter the 6-digit verification code.
- Select Submit.
How do I change the password for my Xumo account?
To update the password for your Xumo account:
- Sign in to your Xumo account.
- Under Account information, select Edit next to your current password.
- Enter the current password along with the new password you would like to use.
- Select Save.
How do I change the billing information for my Xumo account?
To update the billing information for your Xumo account:
- Sign in to your Xumo account.You can also get directly to your payment method details by going to xumo.com/payment.
- Under Billing information, select Add or Edit.
- Update with your payment method and billing address, including all required information.
